Christmas is only a month away! I'm so excited for Christmas this year. My plan is to bake cookies until I cannot look at cookies anymore! I'm currently working on my wishlist which I hope to have online for my family today or tomorrow.
Personal life stuff, I've been burnt out from working I think. I'm sure the PMS hasn't help that stress level out at all. Last two days or so have been much more relaxing. I'm also going to make a new site for Four Color Arcade and I think I almost settled on a new name for it. My new fridge is totally awesome! I did not get a DS yet. I probably won't anytime soon since we're getting a car. Not like I've had the time to play with one right now.
And I'm tired of the Conservatives' anti-gay marriage agenda. Bloody heck, there are more pressing issues in the world! Let the provinces decide if it's legal or not. More than half of them already had legalized it!
We just had a provincial election and one of the things tagged onto it was a mock senate election. In Canada, we have the lamest Senate. They're all appointed by the Prime Minister and they keep their jobs until they die. Literally. The provincial government of Alberta, which is currently the Progressive Conservatives, are pushing for senate reform and have an elected senate. So the province spent $3 million dollars on this mock senate election that probably won't be recognized by the federal government. Hoorah! The beauty of this is the federal government is arrogant and the alberta government is also arrogant. So NOTHING will be done about it!
I'm disappointed in voters too. So many of them RANDOMLY picked people for the senate job! Way to go, apathy! That's the stupidest thing ever. Just don't vote if you don't know! So what did I do anyway? I refused my ballot. We have the right to refuse to vote which is a protest vote and it is recorded as a refused ballot. Personally, I say abolish the senate. It's useless. Senate reform should be forming a responsible body of government. It should more than just voting for someone to sit and rot.
And I guess I'm an Amiga...

Which operating system are you?
