Happy Birthday to me!

It was my birthday on June 27th. I didn't do much. cleaned, worked, have a nice dinner and plan a memorial. Y'know, the usual birthday things @_@

Im actually really choked about this birthday. Every birthday it seems I get ripped off. I never get to do what I want to do for my birthday. And I'm not even in the country for this one.

Well at least I had the best greek food I have ever had. Made for a nice evening.

Goodnight

Yesterday, I got to see Aunt Bernadette and I was happy she was aware enough to open her eyes when I said hello to her. This morning she had a fever of 110ºF and they downgraded her status to critical condition. Late in the afternoon, she suffered a heart attack. Bernadette Lai passed away at 5:30pm today. In all honesty, it is a relief that she did not suffer long and I know that is exactly what my Aunt would have wanted.

Okay, today sucked. Got to NY, my luggage is still in Chicago, Worse of all, my aunt had a second stroke.

Oh no!

My aunt just relapsed into the state she was in when my mom first arrive to NY. She's back in Intensive Care. I'm in Edmonton now and my flight leaves in the morning. :(
