| Brie French Toast |
| Dean's parents took us out to brunch and this is the my version breakfast I ordered that made me fall in love with brie. |

Directions:
- Melt butter in pan and add banana. Cook until banans are starting to caramelize. Take off heat and set aside.
- Beat together eggs, milk, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into a pan and lay bread slices in and allow to soak for about 10 minutes, turning at 5 minutes.
- Over medium heat, Melt enough butter to coat the bottom of a pan that can hold two slices. Place two slices in the pan and cook one side of the bread and flip. Place brie and bananas on cooked side and then place the second slice on top, cooked side down. Flip entire sandwich to cook the top.
Serving Notes:
- Good with syrup and/or assorted berries.
